Products: The Road Taught Me merchandise is primarily produced on demand and fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printful. Because many products are made specifically after an order is placed, production may begin shortly after your purchase.

Eligibility: By using this website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Pricing: Product prices may change at any time without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Most print-on-demand merchandise typically requires approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances.

Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs. International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities.

Delivery Issues: The Road Taught Me is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because much of our merchandise is produced specifically for each order, our return and exchange policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Returns and Exchanges: Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other customer-selection issues involving made-to-order merchandise.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order information, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations: Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellations are not guaranteed. Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. If production or fulfillment has already begun, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

5. Product Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors and designs may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, printing process, garment material, or manufacturing variations.

Minor differences between product images and the finished product are not considered defects.

Unless otherwise stated, The Road Taught Me name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, merchandise artwork, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to The Road Taught Me and/or Double D Ventures, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use our protected content or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Road Taught Me and Double D Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, merchandise, or services.

Where permitted by law, our total liability related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or order.
